 So, I've been looking everywhere and found NO guide to get the JP 9D. I found bits and bobs along the way but NOTHING in one whole piece.
Well, I'mma try this.

Downloading and Successfully Installing the Japanese Nine Dragons

First, before we register, we want to know if the JP 9D will work on your system.
To do this we need to download and install the client.

Where to Download.

[Finds Direct Link] Here

After downloading the file (Around 957MB), open it and you'll get a winRAR Self Extraction file load up. The 2 files (unicows.dll and the setup file) will extract by themselves. Once the extraction if complete, the setup window will appear.
It should look like this:



After you get this window, click the left button.
You should get another screen. You should see 2 boxes with Japanese Text in them.
Click the left hand dots underneath them both and then click the left button.
You should then get another screen. Click the button next to the white bar and choose where to download to. (Make sure it's a folder which hasn't been created since the installer doesn't make a new folder). After choosing your directory, click the middle bottom button.

You should them be installing. After the installation is done, just click the right most button. (After clicking off the pop-up that comes up of course).

On your desktop you should have a new icon. Click it (if you don't use desktop icons, look where you installed the JP 9D and open a file called "NDLauncher").
After you open this file, your launcher will begin to patch. Let it patch then click the biiiiig button (where the start button would be on the ASHAME version).

The game should load up. Let it load to the login screen and then close off. Your game works.

Registering for the JP 9D

To register for the JP 9D, you need to go to (crap I did something. Fixed) here.

You should get a registration page. Here is the layout.

Username (ガメレオンID): What you put in this box will be what you use to login. 6-10 Character length.
Password (パスワード): What you put in this box will be what you will use for your password. 6-8 character length. Case Sensitive.
Confirm Password (パスワード確認): Just put what you put in the password section.
Nickname (ニックネーム): I'm not sure. Just put a nickname for yourself (Like Onaidu or Xsedu or whatever)
Gender (性別): Left = Male 男. Right = Female 女.
Date of Birth (生年月日): Format: Year / Month / Day
E-mail address (メールアドレス): Have a guess
Confirm E-mail address (メールアドレス確認): Just put what you put for the E-mail address section
Recieve Newsletters (メールマガジン): Yes / No

If you need a picture, here is one:



(Please Note that email name is no longer applicable)

After filling in the form, click the big button underneath it. You should go to page 2. You should see your details. Click the left button.
Ta-Dah, Registration Complete. You should now be able to log in.

Have fun in the JP 9D (Trust me, it's MUCH better).

Must Read: Please do NOT spam the Lion's Roars on the Japanese Server to shout in English. If you do this we might disrupt the Japanese because they're seeing English in shout and then we might get IP Banned.

Note: If you have any problems with this guide, post down below and I'll try to sort out your problem.

If you have problems with Japanese fonts

Follow this. Make sure you have your WINDOWS XP CD (or, as the case may be, Windows Vista CD) ready.

 Great contribution, thanks.

When I did it I basically just kept opening the beta English installer and comparing to know what to click!
Registration was a pain too because I didn't have the East Asian Language Pack then.

 Hello!

Thx for the guide, but can some1 tell me what nickname should I put as forum name?(under the password) Because I've tried everything but it won't accept it. Any suggestions plz? I really want to play >.<

The client is coming from Japan, that's why it takes a while.

 That means you've done something wrong.
YOU MUST have at least 1 capital, lower-case and number in your password.

Why not try playing around?

 erm... need some assistance.

had initially asked a friend to help me create this account.

but now i'd like to have my password changed.

i'd translated a couple of gameleon webpage to english, but cant figure out where the account/password "profile" is located on the main site.

can any1 guide me thru it please?

 You might need to install the japanese language pack senni.
And when you fully download, the file you downloaded is a WinZIP Self extraction file.

I'm very embarrassed to ask this but i have problems in general because I can not make an account and I dont have the CD that calls for installing the system

 the CD that you were prompted for is probably the win xp disc, and/or SP2 disc if you're using win xp...

i believe that package is required to install the "asian" language, so unless you can find/acquire a copy... you might have to "download" a copy from some other source...

 HMM i dont know if i can do this but the disc its to configure the language but if somebody can make me the account, i dont have the make more longer the source looking fo the cd.

 You don't actually NEED to install Japanese fonts to be able to make an account.

 could you elaborate more on the error you're getting?

wat exactly happened?

did the error occur when you click yes?

is it a "already" created name problem?

password problem?

did you fill in the fields required?

etc...
